SPR# CDCO4EDK2C - Fix a problem introduced in R5.0.2 in which Frameset names which include spaces do not get processed correctly and produce an invalid URL which results in an Error 404 being returned.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.2b and 5.0.3.

SPR# CDCO4EDK2C - Fix a problem introduced in R5.0.2 in which Frameset names
that include spaces do not get processed correctly and produce an invalid URL,

The problem does not occur on Domino 5.0x or 5.0.1x. With Domino 5.0x or
5.0.1x, the web browser does not render a %2b, but instead properly renders a
+. For example, the URL in 5.0x or 5.0.1x looks like the following:
